Many thanks to everyone who participated in this year’s Time & Talent Auction Fundraiser! Together, we raised over $6,000 for the Calgary Unitarians Community and we got to know some of you a little better – who the foodies are, who is tech savvy, who likes to craft and who enjoys spending time in nature. All told, we had over 60 items donated which speaks to the talents and generosity of this congregation! Hats off to everyone who helped out this year: Conrad Ayasse for the help setting up and taking down the tables, Holly Noelle for sharing her special coffee syrups and for help in advertising the auction on social media, to Mich Michell and Rebekah Mobley-Kasner for posting auction information on the CU website, Martha Mantikoski for her patience with slightly late articles and postings, Leslie Buckle and Sabrina del Ben for their delicious home baked treats for the final bidding Sunday and to Jane Ebbern – whose talents for organization provided us with an excellent template from which to run a successful auction again this year.
If you haven’t yet paid for your auction item, please do so at your earliest convenience. You may pay by cheque made out to Calgary Unitarians and leave it in the Time & Talent mailbox in the main office or via e-transfer to jebgaudet@gmail.com
