Hello I am Kathryn Burwash. I am honoured to contribute what I know of intention from the perspective of mindfulness, both as a counselling psychologist and as a student with the Meditation Mindfulness Teacher Certification Program offered by the Awareness Training Institute. My primary teachers are the renowned mindfulness teachers and psychologists Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. As we’ve been exploring all this month, Intention is a rich subject with many meanings.
