We envision a community where the inherent worth and dignity of each person is honoured, diversity welcomed, kindness and compassion are guiding attitudes, where people feel safe and able to be their authentic self, with acceptance and forgiveness the norm. This aspiration requires intention and commitment. It requires the articulation of how we agree to be with each other.
